The Mar Vista Grande is located on the beach side of Ocean Boulevard. All condominiums have a view of the beach with few to no obstructions.
OCEANFRONT - Condominiums are located on the east of beach side of the building with panaramic views of the atlantic ocean from the balcony.
OCEANVIEW - Condominiums are located on the north or south side of the building with a side view of the atlantic ocean from the balcony.
PENTHOUSE - Condominiums are those on the 14th and 15th floors. These units offer higher ceilings and a wet bar with separate icemaker and wine refrigerator and can be either oceanfront or oceanview.

All reservations include the costs for linens/towels and a departure cleaning of the unit.
At the time of booking, your credit/debit card will be charged 50% of the rental rate. A summary of charges will be presented during the booking process.
When your online booking is complete, you may be contacted by one of our reservationists to review your reservation.
