50% of rental fee is due -(and will be charged to your credit card) at time of booking (payment in full if less than 30 days prior to arrival).

Balance of Rental Fee & Damage Deposit -Due 30 days prior to arrival. No checks accepted less than 30 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit can not be put on credit card.

Hot Tubs -All units with hot tubs are charged an additional $53.00 for stays up to 4 nights; $106 for 5 nights or more.

Travel Insurance -This is optional, however, if you choose to purchase, the fee must be paid with your final rental payment.

Cancellation Policy -Notice must be given in writing and received at least 30 prior to the reservation arrival date to receive a refund of advance deposit less $75.00 processing fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of full payment (less damage deposit, if paid).

Changing units or dates -Cancellation policy applies.
